Policies

  • Roam is a cashless business.

  • Appointments are only booked online or via email

  • If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours, a rebooking fee equal to 50% of the service will be charged.

  • No shows will be charged a rebooking fee equal to 100% of the service and be required to pre pay for future appointments.

  • Adjustments must be done within 2 weeks from the original service.

  • Prices are subject to change based on more product or time. Any additional costs will be discussed in the initial consultation.

  • Clients who are more than 10 minutes late are subject to being rescheduled.
